Zach graduated with a degree in Finance/Real Estate from Colorado State University in the fall of 2004. He comes from a family of very successful real estate investors and has had a passion for the industry since his earliest memory; he purchased his first investment property when he was just 19 years old.
Zach has worked in all aspects of the real estate industry. He has experience in asset management, consumer lending, acquisition analysis, financial feasibility analysis and portfolio management. Zach has worked as a Senior Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Bank and is very knowledgeable of credit scores and how they affect interest rates. Zach is planning on continuing his education next fall where he plans to earn a graduate degree at Colorado State University. His areas of interest include sustainable urban and land development, community planning, and computer applications in construction management.
When Zach is out of the office you will probably find him boating on the lake or having fun on the golf course. He also enjoys working out, rafting, playing softball, and being outside.
